港鐵加快推地，原本2024年招標的小蠔灣車廠提前一年最遲明年3月將推出第1期第一階段，涉及1500伙，連同將軍澳百勝角通風樓、東涌配電站、東涌東站4個項目在未來一年推出，共涉5100伙，當中百勝角通風樓率先明日起招標。
