港鐵大型商場陸續登場，繼去年日出康城The Lohas商場開幕後，明年將有兩個大型商場開幕，合共涉及116萬呎，包括大圍圍方及黃竹坑The Southside，兩者均設有戲院，前者最快明年上半年開幕，預租率已達15%。
