屋宇署剛公布1月份批出15份建築圖則，包括9項住宅及商住發展，當中新地元朗錦田下高埔村項目，獲批興建3幢16層高分層住宅，總樓面約25萬平方呎，將提供約561伙。項目鄰近新地發展的爾巒，故此被視為爾巒2期。
