中洲置業營銷策劃總監楊聰永表示，旗下沙田火炭星凱．堤岸正籌備第二階段銷售，最快月內開放全新示範單位及推出單位作銷售。由於項目樓花期越來越短，將有機會調整現有付款計畫。他認為項目受惠東鐵綫過海段通車，未來銷售料有5%至10%的提價空間。
